Commentary
According to this interpretation of the text (different from the primary edition by Pomponio/Visicato 2015), Ĝešša had given wool and sesame seeds to Amaemezi, and these goods valued the 12 shekels of silver that Amaemezi had to pay. Lines o.3-4 remain largely opaque, although the interpretation of ka-a (thus the edition) as zuḫ-a „stolen“ suggests itself.
